Registration Agreement

By enrolling with Beyond The Leash K9 Training the participant understands that he/she is attending an 11 WEEK GROUP dog training course. Consisting of 9 weekly 1 hour lessons, followed by a 15 minute TEST + GRADUATION on week 10.

ATTENDANCE

You will attend the same day and time of the first day you sign up for, for the duration of the course. Beyond the Leash may skip a lesson due to holidays, illness, appointment etc., but you will always get in your 9 lessons, test, and graduation. Missing a lesson is not uncommon due to work, illness of participant and can easily be caught up the following week by attending slightly early. HOWEVER THE FIRST THREE LESSONS ARE SO DETAILED IT IS MANDITORY YOU ATTEND. MISSING THE FIRST THREE COULD RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE CLASS (with no refund) OR STARTING AGAIN IN ANOTHER GROUP WITH AN ADMINISTRATION FEE.

Payments must be made in full online, or by calling Eric and arranging in person payment or through e transfer to avoid losing your spot

REFUND POLICY

*Registration is complete once the payment has been received in full.

*BEYOND THE LEASH HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY AT ANY TIME FOR THIS OR ANY FUTURE CLASSES REGISTERED.

*For certain circumstances ie illness of dog, change of work schedule etc. Beyond the Leash may allow enrollment into a future class at no cost or allow you to "transfer" your fee to another person/dog but this will be decided on a case by case basis and be totally solely at the discretion of Beyond the Leash.

MISSED CLASSES

As stated attending lessons 1 through 3 is a MUST. If you miss a lesson 4 through 9, you agree to attend 15 minutes early the following week as a make up.

Make-up classes for missed lessons are charged $30 for a 30 minute catch up lesson or $20 for a quick 15 min catch up the following week, depending on what the missed lesson warrants.

DISMISSAL POLICY

Beyond the Leash reserves the right to remove any participant for any reason that is a detriment to the group as a whole and an enjoyable experience. Reasons could include excessive tardiness, rude or unruly behavior, not following the training program, mistreatment to a dog or person, etc. Dismissal would not include a refund.

WAIVER: ASSUMPION OF RISK AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS

I hereby waive and release Beyond the Leash K9 Training, Eric Straetmans, Melissa Riley, their landlord, employees, owners and agents from any liability of ANY nature, for injury or damage that I, or my dog, or members of my family, or guests may suffer including but not limited to damage or injury while attending any training session or functions of Beyond the Leash K9 Training, or while on the training grounds, surrounding area or any events.

In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training in this dog obedience training class of Beyond the Leash K9 Training, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond the Leash k9 Training, Eric Straetmans, Melissa Riley, its landlord, employees, owners and agents for any and all claims by any member of my family or and person accompanying me to any training class or function of the school or while in the hall or surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by ANY dog including my own. I acknowledge that I fully understand the terms and provisions of the Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless and that I am setting hand hereto delivering the same freely and voluntarily and unconditionally.

DISCLAIMER

ONLY DOGS THAT ARE SOCIAL NON AGGRESSIVE, WITHOUT EXCESSIVE ANXIETY, WITHOUT EXCESSIVE BARKING ISSUES ARE PERMITTED TO REGISTER ONLINE. UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR GROUP CLASS. WE MUST THINK OF THE GROUP AS A WHOLE. A DOG THAT UPSETS THE PROGRESS AND ENJOYMENT OF THE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND. I DO TAKE ON THESE DOGS BUT AN ASSESSMENT IN PERSON BY ERIC IS A PREREQUISITE BEFORE REGISTRATION. CALL ME FIRST.
